Eran Cohen is an accomplished CFO and business executive with deep expertise in financial management, operational leadership, and global growth strategy. With experience spanning SaaS, semiconductors, Pharma and tech industries, Eran has led IPOs, SPACs, mergers, and multi-million-dollar fundraising efforts. He has supported revenue growth from $200M to $700M, built finance operations from the ground up, and advised CEOs and senior leadership teams. Eran holds an MBA in Financial Management, is a Certified Public Accountant.
